BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
PT KGI SEKURITAS INDONESIA (the “COMPANY”)

President Commissioner of the Company since 2016 based on Company’s Article of Association No.17 dated on August 4, 2016.Taiwanese citizen, born in 1962. Mr. Ding received a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1990. He is now the chairman of KGI Securities Investment Trust, and the senior consultant of KGI Securities. He was the President of KGI Securities from 2009 to 2016, and the Regional Head of Fixed Income from 2002 to 2009. Before joined KGI, he worked at Grand Cathay Securities (1992-2002), and Merchant banking Dept. of Citibank, Taipei (1990-1992).

Commissioner of the Company since May 2020 based on the Company’s Articles of Association No. 28 dated May 20, 2020. Taiwanese citizen, born in 1964. Mr. Wang received a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia Business School in 1994. Prior to his current appointment as the Head of Risk Management at KGI Securities, Taiwan, he had previously held senior positions at Bank of Tokyo, JP Morgan Alternative Asset Management, and Chinatrust Commercial Bank.

Born in Malang on November 19, 1956. He served as Independent Commissioner based on Company’s Article of Association No. 67 dated on September 26, 2018 Graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia and College of Notredame, Belmont, The United State of America with Master’s degree in Business of Administration. He had accumulated experience in financial industry. Joining Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk in 1988 until 1999 as Vice President, Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency from 2000 to 2002 as Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President of Bank Danamon Indonesia in 2011. Since Februari 2012 he had been appointed as Executive Vice President of Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and from 2015 until 2018 as Deputy Director Special Asset Management of Bank Muamalat Indonesia.
