PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia, previously known as PT Hasta Dana Sekuritas Indonesia (“HDSI”) was established in 2015. In 2016, HDSI became part of the KGI Group when KGI Capital Asia Limited, Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KGI Securities Co. Ltd., Taiwan (“KGI Securities”) acquired 99% ownership in HDSI and was renamed PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia (“KGI Sekuritas Indonesia”).

KGI Sekuritas Indonesia has Stock Brokerage and Underwriting Licenses and is a member of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and  Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI).

Our Head Office is in Jakarta and we have several branches across Indonesia.

With the advantage of regional presence of KGI Securities through its overseaas subsidiaries, diverse product offerings, and the backing of a  reliable IT  system supported by KGI Group, KGI Sekuritas Indonesia will be able to continuously provide better services to its customers, and KGI Group will be able to integrate the business in Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia as well as further scale up presence across Southeast Asia.
