IDX looking good in 2017
Optimistic view ahead: We look at the IDX trend in 2017 to be back on the bull path driven by solid fundamentals, higher commodity prices, and supportive sentiment on good expected corporate earnings to support what we deem a major turnaround in upward momentum for taking out near term resistance at 5.300 and 5.350 respectively.
Watch the Fed: We look at nervous jitters caused by an upcoming Fed rate hike to be overdone and exaggerated since from a logical point of view a Fed rate hike would give the market closure and signal that the global economic recovery may be on track supporting higher commodity prices ahead.
